Had a great stay! The location is super convenient near the train station and Gornergratbahn. Breakfast had a nice variety. My room had a fantastic view of the Matterhorn. Just wish the bed was a bit firmer. A lovely experience!

It was just a reliable pick for a short weekend trip in Zermatt with decent value for money. The room was spacious and had a nice little balcony area to relax after a long day. Pro tip, trains don't run too early or too late, so you won't be disturbed at night.

Great stay at Hotel Sarazena! Newly refurbished, comfortable, clean, and good sized rooms. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of delicious Swiss breads, yogurt, cheeses, meats, and coffee. The location was excellent, right opposite the main Zermatt train station and beside the Gornergrat train.

The proximity to the train did mean some train noise.

I loved how conveniently located the hotel is, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it easy to settle in. My only wish is that the heater in the room had worked consistently throughout my stay.

This place suits me perfectly, providing wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and luggage storage. The staff once helped me find my lost barrette, which I remember fondly. I recommend trying their sauna, and I'm coming back for a city trip.
